Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacement within 3 days of delivery only in the following case:
Eligible for Replacement:

If you receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
Conditions for Replacement:
To ensure fairness and transparency, all of the following conditions must be met:

A clear unboxing video is mandatory, recorded from the moment the package is opened.

The shipping label

The product received

The issue must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
If the above conditions are not fulfilled, we will not be able to process a replacement.
Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
We politely inform you that replacement will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase

Slight color or design variations (due to lighting or screen differences)

Damage caused after delivery
