  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Aaroh may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods.

 

 

4. Delivery Partners

  • We work with trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, Aaroh is not responsible for delays caused by them.

 

 

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details.

  • Aaroh will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply if the order is returned due to address-related issues.

 

 

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery fails due to unavailability of the customer or incorrect details, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery.

  • In case the order is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.

 

 

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.

  • If accepted, a clear unboxing video is mandatory to raise any issue.

 

 

8. International Shipping

  • Currently, Aaroh ships only within India.
