  • Aaroh follows a strict No Refund policy.

  • Replacement is allowed only within 3 days of delivery and only if the wrong product is received.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for replacement.

  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
